How to make:
Cook pasta in salted water, drain after cooking. Wash zucchini and cut into small pieces. Preheat olive oil in a saucepan, add zucchini, fry with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix cream with milk and vegetable broth.
Prepare a roux: melt butter, add flour while stirring constantly, fry for a minute or two. Gradually add milk with cream and broth, do not stop to stir, wait until it boils. Wash the basil, cut the leaves and add to the sauce. If you want, you can blend sauce at this moment. Boil for some time, add seasonings to enhance taste.
Finally add zucchini and pasta, stir. This dish is best served with grated Parmesan cheese at the top and decorated with basil leaves.
