How to make:
In a deep saucepan warm up oil from the anchovies fillets. Chop finely the onion, cut anchovies into pieces, fry them in hot oil. Add tomatoes with juice and thyme.
Fry stirring continuously until right amount of juice evaporates and sauce thickens. Drain tuna from oil, shred as desired therefore add to the sauce. Season to taste.
Mix with pasta, serve with grated parmesan cheese on the top.
